An MMORPG for PC. For ArcheAge (free to play) and ArcheAge Unchained (subscription), I created the community strategy upon launch, led the community team, redirected content and provided feedback. Also setting up the Discord, getting in touch with Twitch streamers and YouTubers, resolving conflicts, engaging with the community, managing voluntary moderators, content schedules for the website, and more.

Milestones

  • Responsible for creating the community strategy during the takeover period between ArcheAge's previous publisher and Kakao Games, launching new 'Fresh Start servers' and leading the community team, contributing to an increase of 2.7 in daily active users and an increase of 4.8 of peak concurrent players.
  • Growing ArcheAge's new official Discord server from 0 to 22,000 members in a 2 month period through press releases and website announcements.

Partner Program

  • Setting up guidelines for Twitch streamers/Youtubers to join our Partner Program with monthly rewards and content sharing through social media.
  • Collecting monthly statistics on partners for retention rate and KPI purposes.

Live streams & Events

  • Conceptualizing and preparing the content program for multiple live streams and events.
